Second arrest in East Sussex child abduction case

A second person has been held on suspicion of child abduction after a teenager went missing in East Sussex.

Police said the 38-year-old man was arrested on Friday by West Midlands Police in connection with the disappearance of the 14-year-old boy.

A 33-year-old woman from Nuneaton was held on Thursday by Warwickshire Police on suspicion of the same offence.

The boy, who disappeared on 30 December, reported to a police station in Kent in the early hours.

Sussex Police said he was safe and well.
