Society nightclub knife killing: Three more arrested
Three more men have been arrested after a fatal stabbing at a Coventry nightclub, police said.
Daniel Kirkwood, 18, was found outside the Society Club in Tower Street soon after 02:00 GMT on Sunday.
A 24-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder, and a 21-year-old man on suspicion of assisting an offender. Both were arrested in Warwickshire, police said.
Officers arrested a 20-year-old man in Birmingham on suspicion of murder.
Mr Kirkwood was found with a stab wound to the neck and died later in hospital.
The arrests take the total number of people detained as part of the inquiry to 11, West Midlands Police said.
Another 18-year-old man suffered a stab wound to the back, while a 17-year-old boy was also slashed across the arm with a knife. Their injuries are not life threatening.
