Man charged over coach crash on M40 in Buckinghamshire

A man from Oxford has been charged after a coach ended up on its side on an embankment of the M40 in Buckinghamshire.

The Oxford Tube double-decker coach to London crashed in the early hours of 29 September on the southbound carriageway between junctions two and three.

The 21-year-old has been charged with causing danger to road users by interfering with a motor vehicle.

He will appear before magistrates on 16 December.
