Milton Keynes double shooting: Sister makes renewed plea

The sister of a teenager killed in a shooting in Buckinghamshire has made an appeal for information.

Somali teenagers Amin Ahmed Ismail, 18, and Mohamed Abdi Farah, 19 and from Birmingham, were shot on the Fishermead estate in Milton Keynes, on 26 May.

Mr Ismail's sister Anisa Ahmed Ismail, who said her brother was always in her thoughts, called on the community to help catch the killers.

Although nine people have been arrested no-one has been charged in the case.

Ms Ismail said those who carried out the killings must be prevented from doing so again.

"The people who committed this crime must be caught, not only to bring peace to my family but to ensure no other family has to go through this again," she said.

Det Supt Rob Mason, of Thames Valley Police, said the crime "is not something we ever are going to give up on".

"We will continue to work to gain the continued support of the local residents," he said.
