Serial flasher in Luton sought by police

A man who indecently exposed himself to women at least 18 times in the past three months is being sought by police in Bedfordshire.

The latest incident was on Tuesday when a man on a bike approached a 21-year-old woman and her mother in Luton.

They were walking on Stopsley Common at 20:00 BST when the man, who is described as having an olive complexion and messy brown hair, exposed himself.

Police said they believed the same man was responsible for up to 18 offences.

Det Sgt Marie Gresswell said: "This type of behaviour is not only frightening for the victim but can also have a long term impact on their lives.

"We need the public to come forward and help identify this man so we can put a stop to his behaviour."

In the latest incident he was described as wearing a white T-shirt, a dark blue denim jacket and lighter blue jeans, and white trainers.

He was riding a light-coloured, possibly silver, mountain bike with black writing on it.
