Teenage girls missing from Hertfordshire homes

Two young teenage girls have gone missing from their homes in Hertfordshire.

Carly-Jo Lill, 13, of Boxsted Road, Hemel Hempstead, and 14-year-old Kerry Galvin of Marshall Avenue, St Albans were last seen at Carly-Jo's home on 29 July.

Police believe they have gone to London.

Officers said they had had some contact but that they needed to trace them and return them to their families.

Carly-Jo is thin with shoulder length dark brown straight hair.

She was wearing denim shorts, a white vest top, and shiny Nike hi-top trainers with a silver tick and bright blue and green laces.

Kerry is slim and fair. She has very long black hair which she usually wears in a ponytail.

She was wearing a white top, jeans and trainers.
