Luton teenager charged with web incitement

A 17-year-old boy from Luton has been charged with inciting others to commit crime over the internet.

The teenager from the Stopsley area was arrested by police on Wednesday night.

It is alleged he used social media networks to encourage others to commit burglary.

He is due to appear before magistrates in Luton on Friday. Police said there had been no disorder in Bedfordshire but it would not tolerate people trying to stir up trouble.
