Assaulted HMP Woodhill prisoner 'making a recovery'
A prisoner who was left in a "life-threatening" condition after being attacked is "making a recovery".
Thames Valley Police has confirmed the 27-year-old man, who is serving time at HMP Woodhill in Milton Keynes, is in a stable condition in hospital.
No-one has been arrested or charged in relation to the incident at the prison on 20 November.
