Abbots Langley shooting: Man arrested on suspicion of attempted murder

A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a man was shot and two others injured at a property in Hertfordshire.

The 21-year-old Hemel Hempstead man is the seventh person arrested after a "large-scale disturbance" in High Elms Lane in Abbots Langley on Sunday.

One man sustained a gunshot wound to his shoulder. Another man had a head injury and a third had a stab wound.

Six people were arrested for affray and have been released on bail.

Two parties known to each other who were at a private party were believed to have been involved, police said.
