Vehicles pushed around Slough car park spark inquiry

Police have started an inquiry after "pranksters" pushed six vehicles around a car park in Berkshire blocking the entrance and exit.

The culprits spread oil or grease on the ground allowing the vehicles to be moved around the car park in Darrell Close in Langley, Slough.

Police are investigating after two cars were scratched during the incident overnight on Friday.

Officers said there were no signs that the offenders wanted to steal the cars.

Pc Matt Styles said: "This is a strange incident.

"We think it may have been a prank designed to cause confusion.

"However, we are treating it as a crime because two of the vehicles were damaged."
