Police find missing Berkshire man's car in Surrey
Police searching for a missing man from Berkshire have found his car in Surrey.
Brian Hynard, 58, left his home in Sunninghill, Ascot, on 1 March without his passport or credit cards.
His wife Stephanie Hynard said a deteriorating back condition had left him in considerable pain for several years and he required medication.
Police Community Support Officers found his Honda CRV 4x4 parked in Brockham on Thursday afternoon with officers now concentrating searches around the area.
At a press conference last week, Mrs Hynard said: "I know that his deteriorating back condition has left him feeling extremely upset and low recently, almost as though life has become too unbearable for him.
"It's so sad because Brian and I had so many dreams and plans together for when we both retired," she added.
She said the medication he had been taking had resulted in "serious depression, loss of memory and disorientation".
Mr Hynard was last seen leaving his family home in Fox Covert Close, Sunninghill, to visit a friend in Leatherhead, Surrey. He did not arrive and has not been seen since.
He is described as white, 6ft 2in, of medium build, with short grey hair and wears glasses.
When he was last seen he was wearing a black coat and walking boots.
