Road to close for Reading station traffic works

Reading's town centre is to change from Monday as a scheme to reorganise traffic flow enters its final phase.

Bus stops will move, one way systems will be introduced and access restrictions will be put in place.

Reading Borough Council has issued leaflets detailing the changes which form part of the £850m scheme to remodel the town's railway station.

The work to reorganise traffic flow and road layouts around Reading town centre began in June 2010.
