Three men charged over Newbury bus vandalism

Three men have been charged after the windows of six buses were smashed following a break-in at a depot in Berkshire.

Damage to the fleet of buses and two offices was discovered at the Mill Lane depot of Newbury Buses early on Monday.

Two 20-year-old men - one from Newbury and one from Hungerford - and an 18-year-old from Shaw, have been charged with burglary and criminal damage.

They will all appear before Newbury Magistrates' Court on 21 June.

The 20-year-old from Newbury has been remanded in custody. His two co-accused have been released on bail.
