Woman admits causing Caversham bus stop death

A woman has admitted causing the death of a 44-year-old woman when her car hit a bus stop in Berkshire.

Lola Olayemi, 34, from Reading, pleaded guilty on Thursday to causing the death of Catriona Scott on 28 February by driving without due care and attention.

Appearing before Reading Magistrates' Court, Olayemi also admitted stealing £327 from Debenhams in Reading.

She will be sentenced at the town's crown court. The crash happened in Briants Avenue in Caversham.
