Man held after police find body in Berkshire

A 29-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder following the discovery of a body in Berkshire.

Officers were called to a property in Moorbridge Road, Maidenhead, just after 19:00 GMT on Sunday by paramedics who had been sent to the address.

Thames Valley Police are treating the death of the man, who has not been named, as "unexplained".

Det Supt Rob Mason said the man in custody "was helping police with our inquiries".

"At this time the man's death is being treated as unexplained and an investigation has been launched into the circumstances of his death," said Mr Mason.
