A second body has been found in a Berkshire river, two days after a missing man was recovered from it.

Gurdip Kang, 49, of Slough, was found on Tuesday in the Jubilee River near Pococks Lane, between Datchet and Eton.

Earlier the body of another man was found half a mile away in the same river, near the Windsor Relief Road.

Police said a passer-by spotted him in the water at about 10:30 BST and officers searched the river. His death is being treated as unexplained.

A post-mortem examination is due to take place on Friday.

The death of Mr Kang, who went missing on 5 May, is also being treated as unexplained.
