Police investigating a Berkshire pensioner's death in a tipper truck collision last month hope to trace a man who helped her.

Ethel Tull, 83, suffered serious head injuries when she was struck by an Iveco Daly Tipper in Langley on 16 November.

Police are keen to speak to a man who waited with the grandmother before paramedics arrived at the scene.

He put his coat over her and supported her head with his hat before leaving.

Mrs Tull died from her injuries at Wexham Park Hospital in Slough following the collision in Tamar Way. The tipper driver was unhurt.

PC Melanie Todd, investigating the collision, said: "We're keen to talk to this man or anyone who knows who he is.

"We have spoken to a number of witnesses, but I am also keen to speak to anyone who has any information who has not yet spoken to police."
