Kamran Maman killing: Police arrest four more people

Four more arrests have been made in connection with the murder of a man dragged from his car and beaten.

Kamran Maman, 36, was attacked by a group of 12 men in Slough, Berkshire, on 18 May.

Two men, aged 25 and 23, were arrested on suspicion of murder while a man, 30, and a woman, 24, are being held on suspicion of assisting an offender.

Leon Baptiste, 23, of Hull Close, Cippenham, has appeared in court charged with murdering Mr Maman.

Mr Maman died in hospital two days after he was dragged from a car he was travelling in with friends and attacked in Brammas Close at 03:00 BST.

The total number of arrests in connection with the attack now stands at 18.

A 16-year-old boy, arrested on suspicion of murder, remains in custody while a 23-year-old woman, previously arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender, has been released on police bail until 4 June.

Nine other men, aged between 20 and 31, and two other women, aged 26 and 25, have already been arrested in connection with the attack.

The women have been bailed until next month.
