Plans to invest nearly £35m in a Berkshire town are to be discussed at a meeting next week.

Bracknell Forest Council will meet on Tuesday to discuss its budget for 2015-16.

Proposals include spending £13m on Bracknell's regeneration and £11.3m in refurbishing the Coral Reef Waterworld.

A council spokeswoman said savings made in previous years meant the council had an extra £14m this year to invest in long-term projects.

Other plans for the money include spending about £5m on expanding schools in the area.

Other plans recommended in a report ahead of the meeting include the creation of a learning village in Binfield and a community centre and library at the Harmans Water neighbourhood centre.
