Revellers arriving at Reading Festival have been enjoying good weather, with no sign so far of the downpours that have marred the event in recent years.

Red Hot Chili Peppers, Fall Out Boy and Biffy Clyro are among the highlight acts at the gathering.

However, there is a mixed forecast with sunshine and showers, although organiser Melvin Benn said revellers would enjoy the festival regardless.

More than 90,000 people are due to descend on the town for the event.
