Two Solihull teachers charged over indecent images

Two West Midlands teachers have been charged with downloading indecent images of children.

Timothy Davis, 37, and his brother, 43-year old Christopher Davis, have both been suspended from their posts at separate schools in Solihull.

Christopher Davis is also accused of using a computer to alter images to make them indecent, police said.

Both men, from Monkspath, in Solihull, are to appear before magistrates in the town on 30 November.

Christopher Davis taught at St Patrick's School in Earlswood, while his brother worked at Monkspath School in Shirley.

The charges, which police said were not linked to any physical contact with children, follow separate investigations, the spokesman added.
