Midland Metro partially closes for maintenance work
The Midland Metro is partially closed for four days to allow a £500,000 maintenance project to be carried out.
The line between Wolverhampton St George's and Wednesbury is shut from Sunday to Wednesday inclusive for work to take place on the overhead wires.
Passengers can use Metro tickets on National Express West Midland bus services but not on the rail network.
Trams are operating as normal between Wednesbury Parkway and Birmingham Snow Hill.
A spokeswoman said the work should improve the Metro's reliability.
"We apologise for any disruption but this is the best way for us to get the work done," she said.
