Dog attack leaves man with leg injuries in Tipton

A man has been attacked by three Staffordshire bull terriers in Tipton.

West Midlands Police said they were appealing for witnesses or other victims to come forward after the man was attacked in Windsor Road.

A spokesman said the 63-year-old man suffered injuries to his legs and was taken to hospital.

He added the dogs also attacked several other dogs in the area, before being captured by the police in Laburnham Road and Elm Avenue.

All three are currently in a secure kennel.
