Shyheim Jones murder: Fresh appeal for witnesses

Witnesses to an argument which led to a youth's death are being sought.

Police returned to Coventry Road in the area of Small Heath Retail Park, Birmingham, on Wednesday afternoon - one week after the death of Shyheim Jones.

The 17-year-old, of Handsworth, was hurt in an argument with another young man at about 17:00 BST and was taken to hospital, where he died later.

Police think he was targeted deliberately and said he was stabbed.

Det Ch Insp Sab Johal, from West Midlands Police, said: "Coventry Road would obviously have been extremely busy as people would have been starting to make their way home in rush hour."
