Two men charged over Sedgley double fatal crash

Two men have been charged in connection with a double fatal crash in the West Midlands.

Daniel Eales, 24, from Gornal, was killed when the car he was travelling in hit some traffic lights and a wall in Tipton Road, Sedgley, on 8 April.

Passenger Tim Morris, 22, from Gornal, died of his injuries five days later.

A 22-year-old from Dudley and a 24-year-old from Woodsetton were charged with causing death by dangerous driving and are due in court on 15 August.

The men have been ordered to appear before Dudley Magistrates' Court.
