CCTV of looters in Armani's Mailbox store released

Police have released footage of looters inside a designer store in a luxury shopping precinct in Birmingham.

The Emporio Armani store in the Mailbox was targeted during the recent disorder at about 22:15 BST on 8 August, police said.

The footage shows a large group of masked and unmasked offenders entering the store, taking clothes and shoes as well as causing significant damage.

Anyone who can identify those involved is asked to contact police.

Det Ch Insp Steven Reed, who is leading the investigation into identifying offenders, said: "Our investigation is continuing at a very fast pace and we are continuing to release these videos until the offenders are identified.

"Members of the community have a real part to play in helping us to identify suspects and I would ask people to view the footage and call us if they recognise anyone.

"Arrests are continuing to be made and we will not stop until we have exhausted every avenue to identify offenders."
