Birmingham riots: Three charged over shooting
Two men and a 16-year-old boy have been charged in connection with an incident in which police officers were shot at during riots in Birmingham last month.
The men, aged 25 and 20, and the youth were charged with conspiracy to possess a firearm with intent to endanger life.
They were also charged with conspiracy to commit violent disorder.
Police said shots were fired at officers and the force helicopter outside the Bartons Arms public house, in Aston, on 10 August.
The two men appeared before magistrates earlier on Wednesday with the 16-year-old due to appear at Birmingham Youth Court later.
All three are next set to appear at Birmingham Crown Court on 22 September.
