Ahlack Rahman named as Tipton fatal crash man

A 19-year-old man who died after a car hit a lamppost and wall in the West Midlands has been named.

Ahlack Rahman, from Kates Hill in the Dudley area, died in hospital following the crash in Fisher Street, Tipton, at 00:40 BST on Monday.

Two 19-year-old men, a man aged 18 and two boys aged 17 were held on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and bailed pending further enquiries.

Mr Rahman's family said he was "always smiling" and got on well with everyone.

In a statement released by police, they said he had "left a big empty space in a lot of people's lives" and he would be remembered as "a funny, hardworking young man who was full of life".
