Two men and a 14-year-old boy have been charged with drug and immigration offences after the discovery of cannabis plants in Birmingham.

Police said more than 2,000 plants and equipment were seized during a raid at the disused Racecourse pub in Bromford Road, Bromford, on Friday night.

The men and boy had been arrested on suspicion of cannabis cultivation.

They will appear at Birmingham Magistrates' Court on Monday, police said.
