M5 motorway closed for five hours after lorry crash
The southbound carriageway of the M5 motorway was closed for more than five hours after two lorries crashed.
The collision happened at about 07:00 GMT on Wednesday, between junction one for the A41 West Bromwich and junction two for Oldbury.
No-one was injured but West Midlands Police said one of the lorries jack-knifed across the carriageway and there was a diesel spillage.
The Highways Agency said the road re-opened at about 12:30.
The crash caused delays of up to two hours with congestion reaching where the M6 joins the M5 at junction eight, the agency said.
