Four arrested over Rowley Regis school fire

Fire in Rowley Regis The fire broke out at the disused school building on Saturday afternoon

Four youths have been arrested in connection with a fire at a disused school building in the Black Country.

Fire crews were called to the St Michael's building on Throne Road in Rowley Regis at about 16:30 GMT on Saturday.

Roads in the area were closed for several hours and local residents were advised to stay inside and keep doors and windows closed.

Officers said four youths had been bailed pending further inquiries.

West Midlands Police said nobody had been injured in the fire.
