Motorcyclist dies in Bloxwich collision

A motorcyclist has died in a collision involving a car in the West Midlands.

Emergency services were called to Cresswell Crescent in Bloxwich in the Walsall area at about 11:10 GMT on Saturday.

The 25-year-old motorcyclist was treated for serious injuries, but died at the scene.

The car driver, a man believed to be in his 50s, had a back injury and went to Walsall Manor Hospital, the ambulance service said.
