Motorcyclist dies after coach crash in Birmingham

A motorcyclist has died after his bike collided with a small coach and hit a wall in Birmingham.

The crash happened at the junction of St James Road and Wheeleys Road in Edgbaston at about 13:05 BST on Sunday.

The man, in his early 20s, had suffered serious multiple injuries and was found to be in cardiac arrest at the scene of the crash.

He was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital where he died of his injuries a short time later.
