Arrest in Bilston wedding guest death probe
A 22-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of the murder of a wedding guest who was stabbed during a brawl outside a Black Country pub.
Ricky Shaw, from Bilston, was arrested on Friday evening following the death of father-of-two Thomas Berry, 34, in the town on 10 July.
A disturbance started outside the Spread Eagle pub where it later escalated, police said.
Mr Shaw was arrested in Willenhall and was being interviewed by detectives.
Mr Berry died after being stabbed in the chest during disorder which broke out near the wedding reception at about 2340 BST.
Three other people suffered stab injuries during the violence, which led to the arrest of three men who were later granted police bail.
