A 32-year-old West Midlands man has been charged with murder and burglary after the death of a woman.

Officers were called to Kings Road, Rushall, at about 0350 BST on Saturday and found a woman in her 20s with serious injuries.

Police have named the woman, who died at the scene, as Natalie James, a mother-of-two from Rushall.

The man, from Walsall, was due to appear before magistrates in the town on Monday.

In a statement, her family said: "Nobody has anything but good things to say about Natalie.

"She was a fantastic mother to her two boys and a wonderful daughter and sister.

"We miss her already and we are all totally devastated."
