Six men and a 14-year-old boy have been charged over the death of a Polish lorry driver in the West Midlands.

Bogdan Bartczak's body was found on grassland in Vale Road, Dudley, on 1 November, 2010.

The 57-year-old's lorry, stripped of its load of televisions, was discovered in an industrial estate in Hill Top, West Bromwich, the same morning.

The seven are charged with offences including kidnap and robbery and are due before magistrates.

Mr Bartczak's lorry had been stolen from Oldbury sometime over the weekend of October 30-31.
