Magistrates remand Bradford murder accused
A man has appeared in court charged with the murder of a woman who suffered head injuries in West Yorkshire.
The 36-year-old woman was found injured at a property on Thorn Street in Bradford on Monday night and died a short time later.
A post-mortem examination has taken place but police have not yet revealed the results or identified the woman.
Sadavat Ali, 36, of Thorn Street, appeared before Bradford magistrates on Thursday and was remanded in custody.
He will appear again at the crown court on 4 January.
He is expected to appear at Bradford Crown Court for a bail application hearing on Friday.
