Schools closed and roads hit by further snowfall

Heavy snow and ice are continuing to cause problems for commuters across West Yorkshire.

More than 160 schools in the region are closed and many roads have been affected by the wintry weather.

The M62 was one of the routes affected overnight, after two lorries jack-knifed. In a separate incident, a man died in an accident on the motorway.

There are also some delays and cancellations at Leeds Bradford International Airport.
