Man charged with attempted murder after Easton incident

A man has been charged with attempted murder after a man was stabbed in Bristol.

The 18-year-old has been remanded into custody and will appear at Bristol Crown Court on Friday.

The incident, described by police as a serious assault, took place at Pak Butchers on Stapleton Road, Easton, at 1445 BST on 27 June.

A man in his 30s suffered chest and leg injuries and was taken to hospital. Two 19-year-old men remain on police bail.
