Police investigating the murder of Rico Gordon in Bristol have released new CCTV images of people they want to speak to.

The 21-year-old from London was shot on 3 July near the Coach House pub in Stapleton Road, Easton.

The 36 images on the Avon and Somerset Police website show people in the area at the time he was killed.

Nine men have been arrested and released on bail in connection with the murder investigation.

Det Insp Simon Wilstead said: "Rico Gordon lost his life needlessly due to the indiscriminate actions of three individuals who were armed with firearms and who were prepared to fire those weapons without thought for the general public.

"We are hoping these images of potential witnesses will jog people's memories and encourage them to come forward to assist the investigation."

Detectives from Avon and Somerset Police are working with the Metropolitan Police and Operation Trident, which tackles gun crime in London's black communities.
