A verdict of accidental death has been recorded at the inquest into the death of a Bristol mother in a house fire.

Sara Peel-Yates, 34, was found unconscious inside the house in Wells Road, Knowle, in September 2010. She was pronounced dead at the scene despite efforts to resuscitate her.

Avon Fire and Rescue investigators said the fire was caused by an electrical fault with the wiring in the basement.

The inquest took place at Avon Coroner's Court.
