Three arrests over badger baiting
Three people have been arrested on suspicion of hunting with dogs and badger baiting.
Avon and Somerset Police worked with the RSPCA to execute four warrants under the Wildlife and Countryside Act in south Bristol on Tuesday.
Nine dogs, five air rifles, a long bow, a hunting knife and cannabis plants were seized in the operation.
Two boys aged 15 and 17 and a 28-year-old man are currently in police custody.
The raids were carried out on two addresses in Filwood, one in Windmill Hill and one in Whitchurch.
Police said the dogs all had fresh injuries and vets were trying to establish the cause.
