Body of man recovered from Bristol harbour

The body of a man has been recovered by police divers from Bristol's harbourside.

Avon and Somerset Police received a call in the early hours of Thursday about people in the water.

A woman managed to get out and was taken to the Bristol Royal Infirmary for treatment. She has since been released.

Police divers recovered the body of the man at 12:45 BST. Police have appealed for information.
