Second man charged and new arrest over Huntingdon assaults
A second man has been charged in connection with a series of assaults in Huntingdon at the weekend.
The 22-year-old Huntingdon man has been charged with assault and is due to appear in court later.
A 19-year-old man, also charged in connection with the assaults, appeared in court on Tuesday and was remanded in custody.
Police investigating the three incidents have now arrested a seventh man, a 17-year-old from the town.
Four men, aged 17, two aged 18 and a 19-year-old, have been bailed until 30 March after being arrested following the attacks.
Cambridgeshire police said the assaults took place between 21:20 GMT on Saturday and 03:35 on Sunday.
Two victims sustained stab wounds.
A third man received a head injury but did not need medical treatment.
