Men arrested on suspicion of murder after Peterborough death

Three men have been arrested on suspicion of murder after the death of a man at a flat in Peterborough.

Officers were called to Lincoln Road in the Millfield area of the city shortly before 06:45 BST after being alerted by ambulance staff.

The three men were arrested at the scene, Cambridgeshire Police said. The victim has not yet been identified.

A police spokesman said: "The death is being treated as unexplained and investigations are being carried out."

Forensic officers have been examining a trail of blood leading from the flat to an ATM opposite the building.

A post-mortem examination is expected to be carried out on Friday.
