Una Crown murder: Two arrested men bailed
Two men arrested on suspicion of murdering an 86-year-old widow have been released on police bail.
The body of Una Crown was found stabbed and burned at her Magazine Lane home in Wisbech on 13 January 2013.
Cambridgeshire Police arrested a 40-year-old from March and a 36-year-old from Wisbech on Tuesday.
Mrs Crown's body was discovered in the hallway of her bungalow by her niece's husband, John Payne, when he went to collect her for a day out.
Later that afternoon, he and his wife Judy were told by police the death was accidental and they could return to the house to sort through her belongings.
A murder investigation began three days later after a post-mortem examination found Mrs Crown had been repeatedly stabbed.
Police believe her body was set alight in an attempt to cover up the killing.
A new team of detectives was brought in to investigate the case in May and a renewed appeal led to several people coming forward with information, officers said.
A £10,000 Crimestoppers reward has been offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the murder.
The two men arrested are due to answer bail on 22 July, police said.
