Laraine Rayner murder: Wisbech man charged

A man has been charged with murdering a mother-of-three who was found dead in her Cambridgeshire home.

Steven Stocks, 43, of North Brink in Wisbech, is accused of killing Laraine Rayner, 53, and preventing her lawful and decent burial.

Ms Rayner was discovered at a property in Mill Road in the town on 24 April. A post-mortem examination concluded she died from a stab wound to the neck.

Mr Stocks will appear before magistrates later.
