Fire crews tackle bungalow blaze in Crowntown

Fire crews have extinguished a fire at a dormer bungalow in Cornwall.

Crews from Helston and Camborne were called to the property in Crowntown, Helston, at about 00:45 BST.

The fire was on the first floor and in a roof space of the 10m by 5m (33ft by 16.5ft) detached building, the fire service said.

It was extinguished by firefighters wearing breathing apparatus and using three hose reels. There were no reports of any injuries.
