Tribute to motorcyclist Wayne Pankhurst killed in crash

The family of a motorcyclist killed in a road accident have paid tribute to a "handsome young man with a cheeky smile and a naughty glint in his eye".

Wayne Pankhurst, 34, from the Helston area, was on killed in a crash on the A3058 in the hamlet of Menna, between Summercourt and St Stephen.

The incident happened just before 12:00 BST on Saturday.

Devon and Cornwall Police said Mr Pankhurst had been pronounced dead at the scene.

A statement from Mr Pankhurst's family said: "There is a massive hole left in our hearts which will never be filled.

"Our beloved son, brother, uncle, grandson and friend will never be forgotten."
