Two bailed over Jason Morgan's death at Roche farm

Two men arrested on suspicion of manslaughter and gross negligence in connection with the death of a man in Cornwall have been released on bail.

Jason Morgan, 33, from the Bristol area, was found dead on 13 June 2011, at Great Brynn Barton Farm in Roche.

A 52-year-old from Helston and 45-year-old from Wadebridge have been released on police bail until 25 June.

The incident is being investigated by Devon and Cornwall Police and the Health and Safety Executive.

Mr Morgan had been on the site to install safety netting at the time of his death.
